    • 認識基礎的人體解剖學及人體生理運作的基本知識;
    • 瞭解和認識人體常見的疾病及病因;
    • 瞭解和認識人體主要器官在疾病時產生的變化;
    • 瞭解環境的因素所引發的身體變化和疾病;
    • 成功完成後,同學可投考相關職業,如:醫院在職培訓護士學生、醫院病房助理、老人院起居照顧員。
    • 有志進修的同學可升讀本校的高級文憑或本地大學的相關課程。

    Secondary 6 school leavers and adult learners aged 21 or above

  • Tuition Fees

    For Chinese and English HK$7,126/Subject, plus admin fee HK$40/Subject;

    Others HK$3,563/Subject, plus admin fee HK$20/Subject;

    (Payment according to the actual number of subjects applied)

  • Tuition Fees Assistance

    • Both full-time and part-time eligible DYJ students will receive reimbursement of 30% of the tuition fees paid for each satisfactorily completed subject, subject their having attained an overall pass in the subject and achieved 80% attendance or above for the subject as confirmed by the institution. However, the subjects must be essential for the completion of the DYJ programme, and under the programme a student can only receive tuition fee reimbursement for a maximum of 8 subjects. As the reimbursement is subject-based, students who have failed in individual subjects are still eligible for fee reimbursement for the other subjects in respect of which they have attained an overall pass."
    • Students meeting the assessment and attendance criteria and being assessed to be eligible for full level or half level of assistance under the means test administered by the Student Financial Assistance Agency (SFAA) are eligible for 100% or 50% reimbursement of the tuition fees paid for each satisfactorily completed subject.

    Part-time students must complete five compulsory subjects and three elective subjects (subject to the same elective group and the same course provider) within a period of five school years since the initial enrollment.

    Precautions

    • The Diploma Yi Jin is recognised under the Qualifications Framework as meeting the accreditation standards at Qualifications Framework Level 3.
    • This recognition is applicable to the Diploma Yi Jin qualification obtained by students who are admitted to the part-time programme and who have graduated after successfully completing all the five core and three elective courses during the seven academic years from 2013/14 to 2019/20. Successful completion of the DYJ Programme means attaining an overall pass and achieving 80% attendance or above for each of the five core courses and each of the three elective courses. Successful completion of a course means attaining an overall pass and achieving 80% attendance or above for that course.
    • Please note that the study hour should not exceed 20 hours per week.
  • Graduation Path

    Articulation:
    Graduates may apply for the Higher Diploma programmes offered by HKCT or related courses at the local university.
