Language Centre Manager

Division of Languages and General Studies

职责

Take the lead to drive initiatives and schemes relating to language training and learning in line with the College’s strategic directions

Supervise operation of the Language Centre and undertake the coordination of its services

Manage, develop, and deliver language courses and modules for students of various disciplines

Carry out academic and student activities related to language education and learning

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by Supervisor(s)

资历要求

Holder of Bachelor Degree or above in English Language, Applied Linguistics or related disciplines

A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably at the tertiary level

Solid experience in programme development and management of language centre or alike preferred

Proficient in English and Chinese

Strong leadership and coordination skills with the ability to plan strategically and handle complex issues tactfully in a fast-changing environment

Target-oriented mindset with creativity and excellent problem-solving skills
