Marketing Manager (Digital)

職責

Develop a long-term digital roadmap for institution and program brand building and enhancement
Create annual social media plans and content, and adjust them based on conversions, ROI, and responses
Lead and facilitate the improvement of SEO and SEM strategies, monitoring and enhancing organic search performance, conversion rates, and web visitor engagement
Effectively manage key agencies for digital marketing, including SEM and SEO agencies
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to review and update web content as needed
Identify and leverage emerging channels and opportunities for digital marketing, while keeping the team informed and updated
Own and maintain cross-channel analytics, provide reports, findings, and recommendations to program account managers
Manage ad hoc web projects, act as the key marketing and branding representative in meetings, and oversee execution and liaison activities

資歷要求

Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, digital/online marketing, or other related disciplines
A minimum of 7 years of working experience, with 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
A strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for data-driven marketing
Self-motivation and excellent time management skills, combined with a drive for innovation and staying abreast of market changes
Solid hands-on experience with SEO and SEM digital marketing advertising platforms, including GA4, Google Ad Manager, or Meta Business
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
