Research Assistant

Department of Applied Social Sciences

職責

The appointees will assist the project leader in the research project - “Pathways to Recovery: Empowering Change and Growth through Family and Peer support with Motivational Interviewing”.
Key responsibilities include:
A) conducting literature review;
B) assisting in the recruitment of participants;
C) assisting in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis;
D) conducting MITI coding for fidelity control;
- Liaising with external stakeholders
- Managing administrative and financial tasks
F) performing any other duties as assigned by the Project Leader or his/her delegates.

資歷要求

Applicants should have an Associate Degree/Higher Diploma/Bachelor Degree, preferably in Psychology, Social Work or other social sciences related disciplines or a good honours degree. Experience in peer counseling is an advantage.
Applicants should also:
A) have strong interests in addiction or family counselling research;
B) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
C) have a strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills;
D) graphic design, social media, video-editing skills and AI application knowledge will be in advantage and
E) be able to work independently
