Administrative Assistant

Office of Registry

職責

Provide administrative support to the Registry Office, including counter and hotline services, and student admissions
Assist in the implementation of large-scale academic events, examination-related activities, and academic affairs such as academic calendars, student handbooks, and class scheduling
Support the administration of scholarship operations
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

資歷要求

Sub-degree or above
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
A good team player who can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in Chinese word processing, and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
