Assistant Professor

Department of Education

職責

Lead the development, launch, and management of the BSSoc in Education Administration and Management and HD in Education Administration programmes, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with institutional standards

Deliver lectures and seminars in assigned courses, focusing on engaging delivery and achievement of Module Intended Learning Outcomes (MILOs)

Supervise and mentor academic staff to ensure high-quality teaching performance and curriculum delivery

Conduct impactful research in education administration and management, contributing to the institution's academic profile and reputation

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance programme content and ensure alignment with industry and community needs

Actively participate in professional development, institutional committees, and academic events to support continuous improvement and collaboration

Ensure compliance with academic policies, accreditation standards, and quality assurance frameworks to maintain programme integrity and quality

資歷要求

Holder of a Doctoral Degree in social science or education administration related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution

Minimum 10 years of working and/or teaching experience in tertiary institution with at least 3 years programme management experience and external accreditation

Experience in managing academic programmes, including curriculum development, staff supervision, and industry collaboration

A proven track record in research, publications and grant acquisitions in their specialized fields

Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
