Programme Administration Officer / Assistant

Center of International Education

Duties

Responsible for programme administration including general enquiries, students’ admission and registration, students’ recruitment and enrollment, class scheduling, examination, etc.
Liaise with faculty and students to handle related course administrative matters Conference secretary service; handling non-academic enquiries or complaints from students, etc.
Provide accurate student information; maintain school records and file management; general administrative duties and clerical support, etc.
Assist/perform the tasks/activities assigned by the supervisor
Responsible for handling the daily operations of the reception desk and handling enquiries from students/visitors.
Counter shift duty, 1-day per week [11:00 - 20:00]
Location : Mong Kok East

Requirements

Holder of a Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
Minimum of 3 years’ working experience, preferably administrative experience in higher education sector
Willing to work on shift (1-day/week of shift duty [11:00 – 22:00] is required)
Result-oriented, organized, and good at communicating with people at all levels
Ability to work independently and in a team, and willing to take up ad-hoc responsibilities
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
Excellent spoken Chinese, good written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Programme Administration Assistant
