Job Description

Programme Coordinator

Division of Languages and General Studies

Duties

To coordinate the teaching team and ensure the quality of the programme
To communicate with students and other stakeholders on the programme operation
To develop a new programme, assist in promotional activities and recruitment of the programme
To teach modules of programme where necessary
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Holder of a bachelor's degree or above
At least 4 years working experience, of which 2-3 years’ experience in programme coordination and accreditation, is preferred
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
Good written and spoken English and Chinese
