Director / Manager, Global Engagement

Global Engagement & Entrepreneurship Office

Duties

Spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance global education engagement and drive internationalization efforts, including expanding educational collaborations in Chinese Mainland and overseas, leading global student recruitment and mobility programmes

Manage and promote international and regional industrial exchange, attachment programmes, and related outreach campaigns

Cultivate and strengthen institutional partnerships worldwide, focusing on Chinese Mainland, to support growth and elevate the institute’s global presence

Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction across global engagement and entrepreneurship activities

Requirements

Degree or above in a relevant field

Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in international higher education, global partnerships, or related areas. Candidates with less experience and qualification will be considered as Manager, Global Engagement

Proven track record in leading global initiatives and working across cultures; overseas experience is highly desirable

Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills

Proficiency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua), with a readiness to travel as needed
