Assistant Course Development and Management Officer

School of Vocational Training - Department of Course Management

Duties

Monitor the delivery of training courses;
Arrange and manage teaching equipment and materials;
Coordinate feedback from students, teachers and employers in respect of programme review;
Provide assistance in course development and design;
Liaise with funding bodies and outside partners;
Provide secretarial support to meetings;
Perform other duties as assigned and willing to work on shift.

Requirements

Sub-degree or above in any disciplines;
At least 4 years’ working experience, OR 2 years’ relevant working experience;
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Good knowledge in MS office and Chinese-word-processing;
Positive, mature and independent;
A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
Hands on experience in ERB courses would definitely be an advantage.
