HKCT - Online Enrolment

Online Application Procedure (Only applicable to Diploma, Higher Diploma and Degree programmes)

HKCT offers programmes covering Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT), Mobile Applications and Game Development, Social Science, Social Work, Educational Administration and Management, Early Childhood Education, Sports Management, Communications, Public Relations and Languages, Design & Media Production, Music Production, Aviation and Hospitality, Western Culinary, Professional Beauty, etc.

HKCT will provide both physical and online admission arrangements from 14/7/2026 to 28/8/2026 for students to choose the way that meet their individual needs.

Step 1: Programme Consultation through WhatsApp / Phone (if needed)

You may call 2926 1223 or WhatsApp to 6300 4855 in order to know more programme information, application and enrolment procedures.

Step 2: Apply Programme via Online Application Platform

Apply online via " HKCT online application and payment platform"

Step 3: Submit Identity Document and Academic Qualification via WhatsApp

Please take a picture / capture screen of the following document and send them to us via WhatsApp 6300 4847 * so we can initially verify your identity and eligibility:

Soft copy of your HKID card
Soft copy of your academic qualification (Screen capture of DSE result SMS sent by HKEAA is acceptable)
Soft copy of your work proof (if applicable)

* To submit your documents for the Diploma of Applied Education (DAE), please WhatsApp 6427 4217 .

Step 4: Conduct Admission Interview via Zoom (if needed)

Please wait patiently for admission interview invitation with the time and Zoom link which will be sent via email or phone call in due course

Step 5: Receive Interview Result and Admission / Conditional Offer

Applicants who pass the admission interview will be given an official admission offer via email.

Step 6: Pay Deposit to Secure the Placement

Online Payment (via HKCT Online Enrolment and Payment System); or
- Supporting Credit Card (Visa / Master / UnionPay), FPS, BoC Pay, AlipayHK, Alipay and WeChat Pay

Crossed cheque (By Mail or In Person at the HKCT Jockey Club Undergraduate Campus / HKCT Mong Kong East Campus)
- Please refer to the attachment of the offer letter for the crossed cheque of ‘payable to’. On the back of the cheque, please state the applicant's name, contact number and programme name

Jetco ATM Payment
- Please go to ATM with [JET Payment Service] logo. Select [Bill Payment] > [By Merchant Code] > Enter merchant code [9277] > Enter [02] as Bill Type > Enter Billing Number (can be found in offer letter) > Enter payment amount. Please keep the receipt for consultation in the future
