Training

For years HKCT offers training services for companies and institutions across many sectors, providing diversified programmes to cater differing needs of employers and effectively raise competitiveness of the staff.

HKCT offers many Skills Upgrading Courses of the Employee Retraining Bureau, which provides enhanced professional knowledge and skills to the workforce. We also provide custom-built corporate training programmes in which the contents and forms can be made to entirely accommodate the employer’s need.

Tuition subsidy

• Applicants with nil income or with monthly income of $12,500 or below, can apply for course fee waiver subject to attaining a minimum attendance rate of 80%
• Applicants with monthly income between $12,501 and $20,000, can apply for payment of "Highly Subsidised Fee" subject to attaining a minimum attendance rate of 80%
• Applicants with monthly income of $20,001 or above are required to pay the "Normal Subsidised Fee"
