Associate Vice President

職責

Provide strong leadership to academic and central IT teams, fostering high performance and talent development
Ensure robust development and oversight of academic programmes to maintain relevance, quality and competitiveness
Champion student nurturing and support holistic student development
Promote research excellence, industry collaboration and knowledge transfer in related disciplines
Drive institutional initiatives such as Information Technology development embracing AI and cybersecurity, digital transformation for operational efficiency
Build and sustain productive collaborations with local, regional and international partners in academia and industries
Drive the Institution’s strategic goals as a member of the senior management team

資歷要求

Strong academic standing in Science & Technology (Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline preferred)
Substantial working experience at senior management level and proven record of achievements, ideally within a higher education setting (concrete experience in leading academic and professional accreditations is highly advantageous)
Able to plan strategically, drive for results, and handle complex issues tactfully in a fast-changing environment
Keen to interpret public policies, align the Institution’s strategies with public policies and follow through implementations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
