Assistant Technical Manager

Department of Facilities Management

職責

Planning, implementation and supervision of various campus development, renovation, maintenance projects
Prepare tender and contract documents, and making tender recommendation for both new and maintenance projects
Lead and supervise an in-house technical team for facility maintenance of various campuses
Review and improve the college’s facilities projects implementation procedures and maintenance system

資歷要求

Holder of Degree in Building Surveying / Architecture / Building Studies / Building Services or equivalent
At least 5 years of practical experience in alternation and addition works, maintenance and repair of buildings and supervisory level
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in using AutoCAD
