Senior Facilities Project Officer

Department of Facilities Management

職責

Assist in conducting feasibility studies, including the preparation and review of engineering drawings and project budgets
Assist in defining tender specifications for facilities development and renovation projects, and execute tendering procedures in accordance with established guidelines
Monitor and oversee the implementation of facilities renovation projects, ensuring works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, schedules, and specifications
Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Perform site supervision, monitor work progress and quality, identify defects or deficiencies, and follow up on rectification works
Prepare progress reports and maintain proper project documentation
Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor

資歷要求

Bachelor’s Degree in Building Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years of solid experience in facilities development, renovation, or construction projects
Experience in tender document preparation and contract administration is necessary
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD; proficiency in MS Project is preferred
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
