Senior Human Resources Manager

職責

Assist the Associate Director in overseeing the full spectrum of HR activities, including policy development, system implementation, legal compliance, and aligning HR action plans with institutional growth and goals
Lead recruitment efforts, enhance the recruitment process, and partner with academic and administrative units to secure high-calibre talent
Design and implement staff training and training/scholarly activities record system to align with institutional requirements
Benchmark HR market practices, formulate HR proposals and initiatives related to workforce planning, workflow streamlining, employee benefit improvement, digital transformation, etc., to keep pace with evolving demands
Address employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
Lead and supervise HR tech adoption, including AI tools and HR Information System, to support analytics, workflow automation, and enhanced efficiency
Collaborate with management to enable organizational change, increase employee commitment and capability, and achieve company goals
Prepare analytical HR reports, including accreditation reports related to manpower matters
Participate in ad hoc HR projects and management tasks

資歷要求

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably within Hong Kong’s higher education sector
Proven leadership, demonstrating strong stakeholder engagement and cross-institutional networking
Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances and regulations
Skilled in MS Office and HR information systems; capable of leveraging data analytics for decision-making and process improvements
Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua, with experience in drafting formal reports and proposals
Maturity, independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, readiness to roll up sleeves, and interpersonal adaptability
