Administrative Assistant

Office of Registry

職責

Provide administrative support to the Office of Registry, e.g. counter and enquiry service, student recruitment, maintenance of student records and systems, scholarships, printing of official documents, campus/course/teacher registration
Assist in the implementation of large-scale academic events, examination-related activities, and academic affairs, e.g. academic calendars, student handbooks, class scheduling
Any other duties as assigned by supervisors

資歷要求

Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above in Arts, Business, Science, or Social Sciences
At least 2 years of administrative working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Skills in Chinese Word Processing (倉頡或速成), MS Office applications (including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organizational skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills
Be a good team player and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
