  • Contents

    This course aims to equip students with the foundation knowledge in the areas of exercise science, fitness and health as well as the fitness testing and assessment through the practice of exercise and fitness skills. Through training in coaching, and integrating the foundation knowledge and skills to design and implement an exercise and fitness training activity, this course not only arouses students' learning interest in exercise and fitness related topics, but also enhances their career-related competencies, foundation skills, thinking skills, people skills, and nurtures positive values and attitudes, preparing them for further studies, career development and life-long learning.
