Non-local Students Admission

HKCT is now offering Bachelor’s Degree, Higher Diploma and Diploma programmes for non-local students. The programme content is diverse and practical to keep pacing market demand and social development. 

Definition of Non-local Students

Non-local applicants are those who require the following document(s) issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department to study in Hong Kong.

  • Student visa / entry permit; or 
  • Visa / entry permit under the Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates; or 
  • Dependant visa / entry permit (for students who were 18 years old or above when they were issued with such visa / entry permit by the Director of Immigration) 

It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to present valid identification documents to prove their identity.

    www.hkct.edu.hk/uchoice

  2. Visiting the General Office of the HKCT campuses. Addresses:
    G/F, HKCT Jockey Club Undergraduate Campus, 2 On Shing Street, Ma On Shan, Shatin, New Territories /
    G/F, HKCT Mong Kok East Campus, 14 Princess Margaret Road, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon
    (Please seal the application form and all related documents in an envelope and indicate “Programme Application to Registry” on the envelope.)
