Mr HO Chun Wah, Garrick is a Lecturer at the Institute of Cyberspace Technology, HKCT Institute of Higher Education. He joined HKCT in 2022. He holds a Master of Science in Investment Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His main areas of expertise include Computer Programming, Finance, Fintech and Cybersecurity. Before joining HKCT, Garrick accumulated substantial professional experience in both education and industry. From 2018 to February 2022, he served as a Part-time Lecturer at the Vocational Training Council. Prior to that, he worked at ION Fidessa from 2005 to 2022 as a Development Manager, where he gained extensive experience in technology development and management in the financial services sector. Earlier in his career, he worked at UBS Group AG from 2003 to 2005 as a Link Developer. With experience spanning higher education, finance and financial technology, Garrick brings a practical and interdisciplinary perspective to teaching and professional training.
