Job Description

IT Manager (Cybersecurity)

Department of Information Technology

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures

Ensure compliance with relevant security standards, regulations, and best practices

Review system logs, network traffic, and security event information to identify and respond to potential security incidents

Coordinate incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery

Develop and implement the security awareness and training programs for employees

Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics or a related discipline with at least 5 years’ relevant work experience

Proven experience in designing and implementing security standards, policies and guidelines

Professional certification such as CISSP, CISM or equivalent will be highly desirable

Familiar with the following areas:

- Cybersecurity framework, standards, Security principles and technologies,

- Attack and defense

Excellent organizing, communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
