Assistant Marketing Manager

Department of Marketing & Communications

Duties

Direct communicate internally with specified academic teams to come up with initial promotion plans and tactics to achieve marketing goals
Propose cost-effective marketing plans, coordinate and execute the plans, and conduct post-campaign evaluation and make recommendations
Oversee the production and quality control of digital, OOH, and printed promotional materials (e.g., social media posts, videos, prospectuses, e-banners, and search engine marketing)
Create compelling direct marketing content across various channels (e.g., email, WhatsApp) to effectively deliver core messages and maximise response rates
Coordinate non-local student recruitment promotional work, liaise closely with student recruitment agencies, and give talks and seminars as speakers during occasional business travel to schools liaised in Mainland as required
Supervise and coordinate task for the in-house designer

Requirements

Degree holder or above, preferably in in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Business or related subjects
Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience
Self-motivated, detailed minded and be able to work independently
Good command of written English and Chinese, and spoken English and Putonghua
Experience in giving talks and seminars as speakers in Putonghua is preferred
Knowledge in Canva or Photoshop and AI are advantages
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer
