HKCT Full-time Higher Education Programme

HKCT offers courses ranging from Diploma of Applied Education / Diploma, Higher Diploma to Bachelor's Degree. The subject areas cover Sports, Cybersecurity, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Music Production, Social Work, Discipline Services, Early Childhood Education, Tourism and Hotel Management, Art, Design & Media, Western Culinary, Communications, Public Relations and Languages, Information Technology, Beauty, etc. 

Programme Level

This programme is subsidised under the "Non-means-tested Subsidy Scheme" with annual subsidy amount of $34,390 in 2024/25. The Scheme is subject to annual review by the government.

Students who have completed this 2-year programme and fulfilled designated requirements will be eligible to receive admission offer of the related 2-year CTIHE Bachelor Degree of senior-year entry (i.e. direct entry to the third year of the Programme).

Eligible local students will receive an annual subsidy up to $22,910 or $39,890 on the specific Higher Diploma programmes in the 2024/25 academic year under 'Study Subsidy Scheme for Designated Professions/Sectors' (SSSDP). The Scheme is subject to annual review by the government.
*HKCT offers the lowest tuition fee after deduction of SSSDP maximum subsidy when comparing with other institutions' higher diploma programmes in the same discipline.
